Trelleborg Bohemia is a traditional manufacturer of rubber, rubber-metal and rubber-textile products with more than 100 years of experience.
Since 1 June 2016 Trelleborg Bohemia, a.s. is part of the Trelleborg Group and is subject to the common management of the controlling entity Trelleborg AB, registration number 556006, with its seat in Trelleborg, Sweden. This declaration is made in compliance with Section 79 (3) of act number 90/2012 Coll., on business corporations, as amended.

First production of rubber products
1931
Production of 1st Czech tyres and inner tubes
for passenger cars.
2000
Rubena Nachod and Gumokov Hradec Kralove
create the joint venture Rubena a.s., Hradec Kralove.
2006
Subsidiary CGS Automotive de Mexico
was founded in Silao to cover Americas market.
2016
Rubena a.s. Hradec Kralove becomes Trelleborg Bohemia a.s.,
part of Trelleborg Group.
